Delivery Policy:
Your order will be dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of recieving an order, or otherwise notified. Your products will be delivered via Australia Post Registered Mail or Fastway Couriers.
If you do not receive your order within 7 days of ordering please contact our office.
**NB. Due to the Labour Day Holiday 3rd October 2011 ACT/NSW orders 'may' be slightly delayed.
Refund Policy:
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different
to the product purchased on the website or doesn't do what it is supposed to do.
